Welcome to Destiny Pre-School. By accessing or using our website, our services, or enrolling your child at our school, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

By applying for admission at Destiny Pre-School, you confirm and agree that:

• All information provided in the admission form is true, accurate, and complete
• You are the parent or legal guardian of the child being enrolled
• You will submit all required documents (birth certificate, Aadhaar, photos, etc.)
• You will inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs of your child
• Admission is subject to seat availability and school discretion
• The school reserves the right to refuse admission without stating reasons

Our fee structure and payment terms are as follows:

• All fees must be paid by the due date mentioned in the fee structure
• Registration and admission fees are non-refundable under any circumstances
• Annual fees can be paid annually, quarterly, or monthly (as per chosen plan)
• Late payment may attract a late fee or result in suspension of services
• Fees may be revised annually with prior notice to parents
• Refunds are only applicable on a pro-rata basis within the first month of withdrawal

To ensure a safe and positive environment for all children and staff, we expect parents and guardians to:

• Treat all teachers, staff, and other parents with respect and courtesy
• Ensure timely drop-off and pick-up of your child
• Inform the school of any changes in contact details or emergency contacts
• Not send your child to school if they are unwell or have a contagious illness
• Follow all school policies, rules, and guidelines communicated from time to time
• Not engage in any disruptive, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior on campus

The safety, health, and well-being of every child at Destiny Pre-School is our top priority. Parents are expected to:

• Provide accurate medical history, allergies, and vaccination records
• Inform the school immediately of any contagious illness in the family
• Provide written authorization for any person authorized to pick up the child
• Ensure the child carries necessary medications (if any) with clear instructions
• Cooperate with our emergency procedures and safety protocols

In case of a medical emergency, we will make every reasonable effort to contact you and provide necessary first aid, and if needed, take the child to the nearest hospital.

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or servers
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without permission
• Upload or transmit any harmful code, virus, or malware
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Impersonate the school or any of its representatives

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of Destiny Pre-School and is protected by copyright laws.

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive:

• Fee reminders and payment notifications

• Occasional promotional messages about new programs

You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us. However, essential messages related to your child’s education will continue.

If you wish to withdraw your child from Destiny Pre-School, please note:

• A written notice of at least 30 days is required
• Fees paid for the current term are non-refundable except in exceptional cases
• Registration and admission fees are never refundable
• Any outstanding dues must be cleared before the transfer certificate is issued
• School property, books, or materials provided must be returned

While we take every precaution to ensure your child’s safety, Destiny Pre-School and its staff shall not be held liable for:

• Any injury, loss, or damage arising from normal play activities (unless caused by negligence)
• Loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the school
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure events)
• Any actions of third-party service providers

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the current academic year.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Himmatnagar, Gujarat.

By enrolling your child or using our services, you agree to resolve any disputes through amicable discussions first before pursuing legal action.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

The failure of Destiny Pre-School to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
